How are VitoTour transfer prices calculated?
Every fare is a fixed door-to-door price per car, not per person. The rate you see is the starting 'from' price for that route and vehicle class; we confirm the exact price for your specific pickup, drop-off and time before you pay anything.
Why is there a day, evening and night rate?
Pickups between 09:00–17:00 use the day rate. Evening pickups (17:00–22:00) add 15%, and night pickups (22:00–09:00) add 25%, reflecting the higher cost of running late-night and early-morning drivers. The tier that applies is always shown before you book — there is no meter and no surge.
Do you charge per person or per vehicle?
All prices are per vehicle. A family of four pays the same fixed fare as a single traveller in the same class.
Is the price I see the final price?
The rate card shows starting 'from' prices. Your final fixed price — including any stops, extra luggage or a specific vehicle — is confirmed on WhatsApp before booking, and it does not change afterwards.
