Terms of Service

These terms govern private transfer, chauffeur and related transport services provided by Vito Tour s.r.o. (“Vito Tour”, “we”, “us”). By making a booking you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and quotes

Prices shown on our website are fixed “from” rates per vehicle and depend on the route, vehicle class and time of day (day, evening or night). The exact price for your journey is confirmed before you book and does not change afterwards, provided the journey details stay the same. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it and, where applicable, a deposit is received.

2. Pricing and payment

All fares are per vehicle, not per person, and include tolls and fuel unless stated otherwise. Payment may be made online by card, or to the driver by card or cash (EUR or CZK). Additional stops, waiting time beyond the agreed allowance, extra distance or changes requested on the day may incur additional charges, which we will communicate before they apply where possible.

3. Deposits, cancellations and refunds

Deposits, cancellation windows, no-show charges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. The service

We provide professional, licensed drivers and maintained, insured vehicles. We monitor flights for airport pickups and adjust timing accordingly, with free waiting on delayed flights as described on our website. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures or force majeure, but we will always act to minimise their impact.

5. Passenger responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, being ready at the agreed time, and ensuring passengers wear seatbelts and behave safely. We may refuse or terminate a journey where passenger behaviour is unsafe or unlawful, or where the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the booked vehicle’s capacity.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Czech and EU law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Czech courts. Consumers retain all rights they have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
